Daniel Vallet

Daniele Vallet was born in Aosta in 1974. He graduated in psychology at the University of Turin. Over the following years he studied and deepened oriental philosophies also through discovery trips to Nepal and India. He currently deals with holistic disciplines and in particular with fasting therapy.

Traveler and cycle traveler, he carries out projects of sustainable mobility (Boudza-té) and alternative lifestyles. He is currently managing a cooperation project in Africa, specifically in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where thanks to the sale of his books he has had 50 bicycles built on site to be given to the youth of the area as a formidable means of transport (Progetto Veloafrica).

He is currently planning to cycle to Congo to continue raising funds for Veloafrica.
