Forse è solo una leggenda ma risveglia in noi in questa stagione il bisogno immenso dell'esistenza di un D-o d'Amore che ci stringa a sè nella luce della speranza.

Schiller e Beethoven misero proprio questa grande verità a conclusione dell'Inno alla Gioia che chiude la Nona Sinfonia:

"Seid umschlungen, Millionen! Diesen Kuß der ganzen Welt! Brüder, über'm Sternenzelt Muß ein lieber Vater wohnen. /  Abbracciatevi, moltitudini! Questo bacio è per ill mondo intero! Fratelli, lassù sopra il Cielo Stellato, deve vivere un Padre che ci ama."

Felice Natività di questo sentimento, che sorga oggi in fondo ad ogni cuore.
