Luca Pigaiani
Luca Pigaiani: at the age of four he began to play the piano spontaneously, reproducing by "ear" on the keyboard the melodies that resonated in him... at 7 he began a period of canonical study of the instrument, combining it with choral singing. At fifteen he began to study the guitar and the drums, forming and participating, as an author and musician, in various projects in the field of experimental "indie" music.
In 2003, after graduating in Philosophy, he approaches for the first time in a conscious way, through Nepalese shamanism, to listening to ritual instruments. From that moment on, he has been continuously traveling to the East (Nepal, Japan, Korea, China, India, Tibet, Thailand, Burma, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Indonesia) to explore and deepen this dimension of sound. Also from that year, he begins the research, study and selection of various ritual instruments with the aim of applying their properties to the service of the well-being of the person.
Since 2004 he has participated in music therapy workshops organized by the University of Verona.
In 2005 he began his solo ambient music project Black Box.
In 2007 he learned the ancient tantric technique of sound-healing, from that year he began to propose individual and group Harmonic Bath sessions in a therapeutic community. Currently, in addition to individual treatments, he holds training courses in "sound massage" with Tibetan bells and Nada Yoga at various holistic schools in Italy. He is qualified to practice sound massage with Tibetan bells according to Peter Hess. He graduated in Nada Yoga according to the SV Mukunda method.
The book "Bagno Armonico" was born from the expansion of the master's thesis in Pedagogical Sciences (2012).
It offers sound meditations and concerts with ritual instruments.
He has also been practicing Shiatsu massage since 2001 and has been an Ayurvedic operator since 2007. He edited and revised the text of the book "The Essence of Classical Ayurveda" by Dr. Vaidya Swami Nath Mishra.
