Enrico D'Errico
Born in Genoa in 1956, Enrico D'Errico is a singular and eclectic figure in the panorama of teaching regarding personal evolution.
In 1989 he encountered macrobiotic philosophy which brought him into contact with the direct students of George Oshawa, the pioneer who trained numerous new teachers in Europe.
He attended the Ferro Ledvinka East-West center in Florence, the Kushi Institute in Milan and the La Buona Terra center directed by Paolo Antognetti in Genoa. He then moved to England and Holland to follow the lessons of other students of Michio Kushi who he finally met in the United States together with his wife Eveline. In Italy and in the United States he worked with Lino Stanchich in order to refine his training, which he finally completed in France at the Renè Levì center.
In Italy he perfects his knowledge of feng-shui with Rick Vermuyten and gives new horizons to his way of managing natural cuisine together with Montse Bradford, Martin Halsey of Sana Gola in Milan, Chico Varatojo and Carlo Guglielmo (The founder of Finestra sul Cielo). With Carlo, Lino and Ferro he discovers his natural talent to understand, through oriental diagnosis, which foods a human being should avoid and which ones to prefer.
Later, sensing the strong limitation of the conventional macrobiotic approach, he patented a new innovative method that he called Very Fast Natural Cooking, a style of cooking and life that takes into account the renewed needs of those who live in urban centers. As for the seminars, his way of teaching is light, versatile and fun, his cuisine tasty and creative. The courses are aimed at the people of our time, to all those who live in the metropolitan reality, despite being burdened by numerous difficulties, feel the need to take care of themselves.
Specializing in therapeutic cooking, he has been teaching for almost 30 years, with a simple, passionate and engaging style.
Over the past ten years, after attending seminars by Alejandro Jodorowsky, Massimo Bianchi and Salvatore Brizzi, he has also dedicated himself to spreading the work of awakening consciousness.
